“Having browsed quite a few websites to purchase product, I was impressed with CPO. They also had the best price and lowest shipping charge which was a big factor due to weight of item. It was too big and heavy for UPS/FedEx and had to ship by Common Carrier. Their Carrier of choice has a depot in my area and was able to get a tractor-trailer to my residence. It arrived unscathed, and we did not pay a dime for shipping which is pretty impressive when something is shipping via Common Carrier. Even more impressive was the fact that our request for a lift gate delivery was honored at no extra charge AND the saw even arrived one day early. All tracking and billing information was kept well updated on their website. The only reason why I gave a 4 for shipping options is because simply there was none.
